Garden in Spring

As Spring comes we struggle for photos for nice pictures once the snowdrops, daffies & crocuses have finished leaving bare earth. So rather than a photo of bare earth, have a pic of some over-wintered leeks harvested today (Sat. 20th) to be handed over tomorrow at the teas & coffees after worship. EDINBURGH's CHRISTMAS CAROL EVENT, 3rd Dec., 2pm

Every year there is a city-centre Christmas Carol singing event, usually associated with the large Nativity scene or the lights being switched on. This year the event will be at the Ross Bandstand in Princes Street Gardens, Sunday 3rd Dec., 2pm-4pm. Lots of favourite carols, with the singing helped along with some church choirs and the always wonderful Salvation Army band. The event is free & doesn't need booking- just turn up and enjoy yourself!
