Sorry, but Christmas Party (28th Dec. '23) is postponed

Dear all,
We have hosted a Christmas party between Christmas and New Year for many years now, to brighten up that gap between the 2 festivals.
However, the Storm Gerrit means that we do not feel it is safe for folk to travel to the hall for the event, especially coming out afterwards into the dark with the very gusty wind and rain.
We will put a new date into this message once it has been settled on and hope to see you there.
We have tried to phone, message, email as many people as possible to let them know, but if you hear of anyone planning to come, ask them to speak to me about the new date.
